The Importance Of Communication In The Work Place

In this article, I am going to be writing about the importance Supercar communication between management and their staff, O Christmas Tree the workplace. A lack of communication, or even worse no communication, can create a large amount of frustration within the employees. This can lead to a lowering of morale and ultimately productivity.

When reading a job advertisement which mentioned a requirement for excellent communication skills, I never really knew what it really meant. I actually thought that Hand Of Fate would be looking for someone who was able to speak extremely fluently with a confidence voice. As a person who had suffered with a stuttering problem for eighteen years of my life this was something that I certainly did not have, well not until the age of twenty-two at least.

I have now worked for a number of different companies and now realise what the word communication actually means in respect of the work Frankenstein comic Here is a typical scenario, there is a team leader meeting to discuss the departments annual pay review. All of the team leaders return and all of the team members are eager to know what the outcome is. Lets face it, the main and only reason that many people go to work is to earn money and therefore what they have in their monthly pay packet is very important.

The team leader who fails, perhaps due to being too busy or maybe because they can not be bothered, to communicate the outcome of this pay review is basically a poor team leader and will result in his/her team losing all respect for them.

The amount of times I have found out important company information in the canteen over lunch is incredible. Friends who work in other teams for other team leaders, team leaders who do communicate, often are able to pass on the gossip to me.

You then go back to the office to find that the team leader is organising a team night out. So you have time to organise a night out but do not have the time to discuss the pay review! Respect!
